This CI9450 machine is capable to perform Ball, Mark, Pin-1, PVI inspection for BGA pkgs with single taper. Post Seal Inspection Station is integrated to CI9450 machine.
This station is capable to detect Sealing defects likes Open seal, Discontinue seal, Seal width and Cover tape offset. Once the sealing defects is detected, the machine still stop and prompt error message.
